"The Reunification of Gallaudet" is a discussion board meant to promote the healing and reunification of the Gallaudet community. Topics may include, but are not limited to: racism, audism, and other "isms"; issues related to accountability and governance at Gallaudet; and ideas for promoting the healing and reunification of the wider Gallaudet community.
This discussion board deliberately and actively welcomes people on ALL sides of the protests (for, against, and ambivalent). It is meant to give people a safe place to air their views openly and honestly. This means you will see opinions opposed to yours. You don't have to agree with them, but please do demonstrate respect.
All members of the Gallaudet community are welcome (students, staff, faculty, parents, alumni, former employees, future students, loved ones, and members of the Deaf/deaf/HOH/deaf-blind community at wide).
